This project is a redevelopment of the existing warehouse to extend the current manufacturing area and reposition the administrative and office spaces to the front of the site to address the street. With a simplified material palette, the front-of-house administrative areas provide an office space that utilises the manufactured steel products created on-site to inform the user of the functionality or purpose of the manufacturing plant.

The structural portal frame offers flexibility for potential internal modifications across both levels. The steel staircase serves as a canvas for testing steel finishes, highlighting steel's versatile design capabilities. This transformation not only modernises the factory but also demonstrates the adaptability and aesthetic appeal of steel. Integrating these elements emphasises functionality and design, creating a space that embodies the versatility and potential of steel in construction and innovation.
